I have jury duty in Boston on Monday so I will not be in school. I am leaving a lesson about Ibn Battuta about life in the Islamic world in the 1300's. Students should do the readings and answer the questions as a group. Students should read and discuss the readings then answer the questions about the readings. Once completed, the students should fill in the graphic organizer for the readings indicating the SPECDG areas that they notice in the readings. Anything having to do with an area of SPECDG should go on the graphic organizer.
Once the graphic organizer has been filled out, the students should complete the prompt in their Google Classroom site for the next class period. Here are the readings and graphic organizer:
