Eastern Religions Jigsaw
Eastern religions are those that originated in the eastern hemisphere. You will first be given a home group that you will report to at the beginning and end of this activity. For most of this activity, you will research a religion in your specialist group. Here you will also make a poster to aid in your teaching. Since you will be experts in your chosen religion, you will teach it to your home group. Be sure to take good notes along the way.

Identify for following for each religion:
-founder of religion
-major beliefs
-deities (Gods)
-groups of people who follow the religion and how many people
-symbols of the religion
-holy book?
-other interesting facts
Put all of this on a poster provided by Mr. Duffany. You should include a large title and at least one image. When completed, give Mr. Duffany two well thought out multiple choice questions with answers based on the information on your poster.
