As we start this new unit on the Revolutionary War, it is important to keep in mind the ideas we talk about in class. Too often, students get turned off to history and get bogged down in the minute details of battles. We are going to be looking at an overview of the conflict with an emphasis on significance or importance of battles. Later on in the chapter, you will write an essay on one of the battles from the point of view of someone who was at the battle. This will essentially be a primary source written by 2008 you.I think we can roll with this and have some fun with it.
