We are going to be creating a website with a group about Alexander the Great. This site is going to be created through the Sandwich Public Schools Google system. The directions and rubric can be found here: http://mrduffhistoryclass.wikispaces.com/Alexander+the+Great
Some suggestions:
1. Divide the work. Nobody should be sitting idle.
2. Take all notes and plan the site before beginning. Mr Duffany should sign off on this
3. Ask at least 3 people before asking Mr. Duffany. No really!
4. Computers can be frustrating, so breath and everything will be fine.
5. Use the rubric and directions I have provided. There is a checklist for you to use to help in preparing the site.
6. Notes and pictures can be placed on a separate Google Doc. Share this with your partners and you will all have access to it.
7. Be sure to credit your sources. Have a section of the sight that lists sites used.
8. Copyright laws are serious. Do not simply copy what someone has done and use it as your own. This could get you in big trouble.
Mr Duffany will discuss this in class!
