1. How is each branch organized and what are their major responsibilities? What is the job of each branch and how do they go about fulfilling their various obligations?
2. What is the makeup of the government? (structure, powers, limitations)
3. How does the system of check and balances provide for an even distribution of power between the states and federal government?
4. Describe the distribution of power between the states and the federal government. What is Federalism?
5. How does a bill become a law? Describe the process in both houses and the responsibility of the other branches in making the law work.
6. How is it possible to amend the Constitution? Describe the process.
